One Time Batches
This bourbon barrel aged oatmeal stout is black in color with a generous head. The Smooth fusion of rich dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbon come through in the aroma and explode on the palate accompanied by dark fruit tartness. The flavors are intense but not overwhelming as it finishes with warming alcohol flavors.
This beer is crafted with a very basic malt bill to showcase the Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra and Mt Hood hops and is freakishly balanced for coming in at just over 9% Alc and 115 IBU's. The use of 5 POUNDS of these amazing hops going into each barrel just makes this beer insane.
